This service allows branches of foreign companies registered in the auditors' register to add a new branch.

Service Fees
- AED 100.
- Registration the foreign companies for three years: AED 45,000.
Conditions and Requirements
- The license shall be valid in their country of nationality, and they shall have practiced the profession therein for a period of not less than ten years.
- Every branch thereof in the country shall have an authorized representative registered at the register of the auditors for physical persons practicing the profession in the country according to the provisions of this law.
Required Documents
- A letter stating that the concerned Commercial Registration Department has no objection to proceeding with the registration procedures.
- A copy of the memorandum of association and the articles of association of the parent foreign auditing company, translated into Arabic language and duly attested.
- A certificate of the parent company practicing the profession of auditing in its original domicile, in accordance with the period stipulated in the law. To view the legislation and laws, click here.
- A letter from the parent company naming the representatives of the branches to be registered, the authorized signatories thereof, and the place of their work in the UAE.
- A copy of the registration certificates for the branches of the foreign auditing company in the UAE, to be valid and issued by the register of foreign companies.
- A copy of the valid trade license of all the branches of the company, issued by the concerned authorities.
- A valid copy of professional indemnity insurance policies entered into with one of the insurance companies operating in the Emirates.
- A copy of the authorized signatures of the auditors who are representing the branches of the foreign auditing company.
- A copy of valid certificates for the registration of representatives of the company's branches in the auditors' register of natural practitioners.
