Dispute to the Commercial Agencies Committee

This service allows the customer to submit a dispute request between the agent and the principal only whose names are mentioned in the commercial agency registration certificate with the Ministry

Conditions and Requirements

    • A valid commercial agency registered with the Ministry.
    • The memorandum must be in Arabic If submitted in another language a certified legal translation into Arabic by a UAE-approved legal translator must be provided.
    •  The Committee may request additional documents after submission, and the applicant must provide them within the specified timeframe.

Required Documents

    • Dispute Memorandum (not exceeding five pages), which must include:
      • A brief overview of the relationship between the disputing parties.
      • The annual volume of transactions between the parties (presented in a table with amounts).
      • Reasons for submitting the dispute.
      • The claimant’s requests.
      • The memorandum must be on the official letterhead of the submitting entity or its legal representative, duly signed and stamped.
      • If the submitting entity is outside the UAE, the memorandum must be duly attested in accordance with applicable procedures.
      • All documents must be translated through a certified legal translation.
    • Document Bundle (not exceeding five pages), including:
    • Legal evidence (e.g., contracts, invoices, etc.).
    • Any correspondence between the claimant and the respondent.
    • Power of attorney (if applicable).
