- A copy of the request signed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company requesting true copies of the company's documents and specifying those documents.
- A copy of the minutes of the meeting of the annual general assembly for the last financial year.
- A copy of the approval of the concerned authorities in the event that the company's activity is subject to those authorities (if any).
- A copy of the approved Memorandum of Association and/or Articles of Association, as the case may be.
