This service allows the customer to transfer ownership of a trademark - with all rights thereof - from one owner to another.

- AED 1250 service fee
- AED 750 Publication Fee in the Official Trademark Bulletin
- Total AED 2000
Conditions and Requirements
- The trademark must be registered and valid.
Note:
Transfers of ownership will be published in the Trademarks Gazette.
Required Documents
- A copy of the power of attorney, if submitted through a registration agent, duly notarized and certified, and translated into Arabic.
- A notarized and certified trademark transfer agreement.
