This service allows the customer to request modification or addition to the trademark logo, such that does not fundamentally impact its identity.

- AED 350 service fee
- AED 750 Publication Fee in the Official Trademark Bulletin
- Total AED 1100 .
Conditions and Requirements
- The trademark must be registered and valid.
- The amendment must not be a material change that fundamentally alters the trademark's identity.
- There is a 30-day objection period from the date of publication in the Trademarks Gazette.
Required Documents
- A copy of the power of attorney, if submitted through a registration agent, duly notarized and certified, and translated into Arabic.
- A copy of the amended trademark.
Steps and Procedures

Fill out the application data and attach the required documents.

Verify the accuracy of the entered data and attached documents and send a message to the customer to fill in the shortcomings (if any).

Accept or reject the request and send a message to the customer via email.
