This service allows the customer to request modification or addition to the trademark logo, such that does not fundamentally impact its identity.

Service Fees
- AED 350 service fee
- AED 750 Publication Fee in the Official Trademark Bulletin
- Total AED 1100 .
Conditions and Requirements
- The trademark must be registered and valid.
- The amendment must not be a material change that fundamentally alters the trademark's identity.
- There is a 30-day objection period from the date of publication in the Trademarks Gazette.
Required Documents
- A copy of the power of attorney, if submitted through a registration agent, duly notarized and certified, and translated into Arabic.
- A copy of the amended trademark.

Sign in with UAE PASS.

Fill in the application data, and attach documents

Electronic payment (in case of fees)

The application is referred to the competent department for consideration and the applicant is officially notified of the decision.

A 30-day objection period is granted, from the date of publication in the trademarks bulletin
