- A copy of the power of attorney, if submitted through a registration agent, duly notarized and certified, and translated into Arabic.
- A copy of the document indicating the request for cancellation.

A hearing is scheduled for the respondent (the trademark owner) to respond to the deletion request.

If a response is received, the response will be referred to the complainant (the applicant for cancellation) to comment on the response of the person against whom the complaint was made.

The request is reviewed by the ministry and a decision is made, with a message sent to the applicant via email.

Note: Cancellation will only be published in the official trademark gazette if the application is accepted. Both parties have the right to appeal the cancellation decision within 30 days of being notified of it.
