Required Documents
- A copy of the power of attorney, if submitted through a registration agent, duly notarized and certified, and translated into Arabic.
- A copy of the document indicating the request for cancellation.
Steps and Procedures

Fill out the application form and attach the required documents.

Pay the fees

Verify the accuracy of the entered data and attached documents, and send a message to the applicant to address any missing information.

A hearing will be scheduled for the respondent (trademark owner) to reply to the cancellation request.

If the respondent replies, the response will be forwarded to the applicant (the applicant for cancellation) for their comment.

The cancellation will be published in the Trademarks Gazette only if the application is accepted. Both parties have the right to appeal the cancellation decision within 30 days of being notified.
