Note:
In the case of registering a trademark registration agent for a foreign company, a registration fee of AED 7,500 applies
Conditions and Requirements
- The applicant must have no less than two (2) years of academic experience in the field of trademarks for UAE nationals, and five (5) years for non-nationals.
- The applicant must successfully complete the designated training courses organized or specified by the Ministry in accordance with its approved training plan in this regard.
