To Whom It May Concern Certificate of Private Joint Stock Company

This service allows customers to submit their applications to obtain a To Whom It May Concern certificate for private joint stock companies regarding the structure of the company's shareholders or the formation of the Board of Directors.

Conditions and Requirements

    • N/A

Required Documents

    • Attach a copy of the General Assembly meeting minutes related to the formation of the Board of Directors, in the event that a “To Whom It May Concern” certificate regarding the Board members is requested
    • Attach a copy of an updated certificate issued by the Share Registry Keeper listing the shareholders, dated no more than one month prior, in the event that a “To Whom It May Concern” certificate specifying the names of the shareholders is requested
