- The trade license and security coverage of the company shall be valid.
- Compliance with Ministerial Resolution No. 111 of 2022 regarding regulations for insurance against liability for professional errors ( https://www.moet.gov.ae/auditing-accounts-legislations )
Required Documents
- A copy of the valid trade license of all the branches of the company, issued by the concerned authorities.
- A valid copy of professional indemnity insurance policies entered into with one of the insurance companies operating in the UAE.
