Professional License - Accounting Firm - Branch of a Foreign Accounting Firm

1. The foreign accounting firm must hold a valid license in the country of its origin.
2. Each branch of the accounting firm in the country must have an authorized representative licensed as a certified public accountant in that country.

1. A copy of the memorandum of association and the articles of association of the parent foreign Accounting firm , translated into Arabic language and duly attested.      
2. A certificate of the parent company practicing the profession of Accounting and Auditing in its original domicile, in accordance with the period stipulated in the Law.        
3. A letter from the parent company, naming the representatives of the branches to be licensed, the authorized signatories thereof, and the place of their work in the UAE.   
4. A copy of the valid trade license of all the branches of the company, issued by the competent authorities.      
5. A valid copy of professional indemnity insurance policies entered into with one of the insurance companies operating in the UAE.
