Service Fees
AED 100.
Professional license fee for a local accounting firm branch - Company : AED 7,500 for three years.
Professional license fee for a local accounting firm branch - sole proprietorship: AED 6,000 for three years.
Conditions and Requirements
- The head office shall be registered in the Ministry's registers. The branch shall have a commercial license issued by the Concerned Authority.
- The insurance coverage of the head office shall include all its branches in the country.
Required Documents
- A copy of the valid trade license of the branch of the firm, issued by the competent authorities.
- A valid copy of professional indemnity insurance policies entered into with one of the insurance companies operating in the UAE.

Fill out the application form, attach the required documents, and submit the application.

Pay the application fee (AED 100).

The Ministry will review the application.

Payment of fees will automatically result in the issuance of the professional license.
