This service allows the pledgee to submit a request to pledge a trademark, in accordance with the procedures and conditions for trademark ownership transfer.

Service Fees
- AED 1,250 for the application.
- AED 750 for publication in the trademarks bulletin (total AED 2,000).
Conditions and Requirements
- The mortgage will be published in the trademarks bulletin provided that the trademark is registered and valid.
Required Documents
- A copy of the power of attorney, if submitted through a registration agent, duly notarized and certified, and translated into Arabic.
- A copy of the mortgage document, duly notarized and certified.
