Service Fees
- AED 2,000.
Note:
- Late renewal fee for auditing firms and offices: AED 2,000 per month of delay, up to a maximum of AED 20,000 per year.
Conditions and Requirements
- A request explaining the reasons for the deregistration request, approved by the parent firm, must be submitted.
- The company must continue to adhere to its obligation to maintain records, files, and data related to its clients for a period of no less than ten years, starting from the last financial year in which their accounts were audited.
