- A copy of a letter signed and stamped by the commercial agent that includes the violator's details, with a copy of the required evidence (such as a purchase invoice and photos of the products).

After the inspection, a report will be prepared documenting the incident.

The report and details of the incident will be reviewed by the Commercial Registration and Agencies Department.
