Renew Registration of Trademark
This service allows the customer to submit an application for renewing the trademark's protection period for another ten years, without an additional examination or allowing others to object to the renewal.

Service Fees
- AED 750 publication fee.
- AED 5,750 final renewal fee (during the tenth (final) year of the current protection period)
- AED 6,500 final renewal fee (within 6 months after the expiry of the protection period)
Note:
If the mark is intended to indicate monitoring or inspection, the fees are:
- AED 8,250 final renewal fee (during the tenth (final) year of the current protection period)
- AED 9,750 final renewal fee (within 6 months after the expiry of the protection period)
Conditions and Requirements
- The trademark must be registered and valid.
- The renewal application must be submitted within the tenth year of the current protection period or at most 6 months after the end of the protection period.
- The renewal is published in the trademarks bulletin.
Required Documents
- A copy of the legal power of attorney, if submitted through a registration agent, duly authenticated and certified and translated into Arabic (for companies, institutions or individuals outside the country).
