Service Fees
- No fees.
- A delay penalty valued AED 500 is imposed monthly, at a maximum of AED 5000 per annum, should the renewal be requested the following day after the expiration of the registration/renewal certificate with the Ministry of Economy. If the expiration date falls on an official holiday, the delay penalty shall be computed starting the end of the day following the expiration or the official holiday, as the case may be.

Required Documents
A copy of the shareholders’ data list, updated and certified by the company’s share registry keeper (the certificate issuance date must coincide with the date of submitting the registration renewal application, with a maximum difference of one month). If the company is government-owned and exempt from the provisions relating to the share registry keeper, a copy of the company’s Articles of Association must be attached
