This service allows receiving requests for registration of individual or companies authors’ rights.

Service Fees
- AED 50 (for each author).
- AED 200 (for each company or institution).
Conditions and Requirements
- The request shall be submitted by the author in person, by the rights holder or agent thereof, under duly notarized documents.
- The application shall be automatically cancelled if the required data or supporting documents are not completed within sixty (60) days from the date of notifying the applicant, in accordance with the provisions of the Ministerial Resolution of 2022 concerning the Executive Regulations of Copyright and Related Rights
Required Documents
- For individuals
- A copy of the authors' Emirates ID (both sides).
- A letter of authorization to register if the Applicant is acting on behalf of a group of authors.
- For companies and government entities
- A letter of authorization to register.
- A power of attorney for the author or the company if the Applicant legal person.

Fill out the application form, attach the required documents, agree to the declaration of data accuracy, and register.

The application will be reviewed by the Ministry.
