Note:
A fine of AED 100,000 will be imposed as an administrative penalty if the establishment fails to register with the Ministry of Economy and Tourism within one month of the license issuance date.
1- The establishment must submit an application for registration as a foreign establishment within one month of the license issuance date from the competent authority.
Note:
It must be ensured that the establishment does not have branches registered with the Ministry to guarantee that all branches within the country are linked to a single registration number.
If the application is returned to the applicant by the Ministry for missing information three consecutive times, or if the missing information is not provided within 30 working days of the application date, the application will be automatically closed, and the applicant must reapply for the service.
A letter of appointment from an auditing firm registered with the Ministry of Economy and Tourism to audit the annual financial statements, excluding representative offices.
Fill in the application data and attach the required documents.
Verify the accuracy of the entered data and the attached documents, and either approve or reject the application, with a message sent to the establishment explaining the reasons for rejection in order to complete the missing requirements.
Pay the service fees and automatically issue the registration certificate through the system.
