Apply for Price Increase Requests

This service includes three types of requests: 1. Request for approval to increase the price of an essential consumer good: This service allows companies to submit requests to increase prices of essential goods in accordance with Council of Ministers Decision No. 120 of 2022 concerning the rules and controls for pricing consumer goods in the country. These requests are reviewed and a temporary decision is made during emergency conditions. 2. Request for approval to increase the price of a service: This service allows companies to submit requests to increase the prices of land transport services and operational services in ports during emergency conditions (temporary service), in accordance with Ministerial Resolution No. 74 of 2026 in this regard. These requests are reviewed and a decision is made accordingly. 3. Notification of a price increase for a good: This service allows companies to submit notifications to the Ministry regarding amendments made to the prices of consumer goods listed in Circular No. 1 of 2026 concerning the monitoring of essential consumer goods prices, during emergency conditions (temporary service).
