Pay Publishing Fees For Trademark Registration

This service allows payment of the trademark publication fees after the issuance of the acceptance decision, so that the trademark can be announced in the Trademarks Bulletin, in addition to publishing the trademark in the Trademarks Bulletin and calculating a legal objection period of 30 days from the date of issuance of the Trademarks Bulletin.

Service Fees

Publication fees: 750 dirhams

Late payment penalty for publication fees: 100 dirhams per month, up to a maximum of 1000 dirhams per year.
