Service Fee: AED 7,500
Note:
Late penalty fees of AED 1,000 after one day from the expiration date.
An administrative fine of AED 100,000 shall be levied for failure to submit the annual financial statements, with the fine doubling on an annual basis.

The entity may submit a renewal and amendment request at the same time.
Required Documents
- A copy of the annual budget from an audit office accredited by the Ministry, except for representative offices.
Steps and Procedures

Fill in the application data and attach the required documents.

Verify the accuracy of the entered data and the attached documents, and either approve or reject the application, with a message sent to the establishment explaining the reasons for rejection in order to complete the missing requirements.

Payment of the service fees and automatic issuance of the renewed registration certificate.
