Note:
A late penalty of AED 200 shall be imposed for each month, starting one month after the date of amendment.
Conditions and Requirements
- Amending the trade license with the competent local authority is a prerequisite before submitting the application.
Required Documents
- A copy of the amended license from the competent authority if the branch details have been changed.
- A copy of the certificate or extract from the competent authority in the country where the establishment was founded (if the parent company details have been changed).

Verify the accuracy of the entered data and the attached documents, and either approve or reject the application, with a message sent to the establishment explaining the reasons for rejection in order to complete the missing requirements.
