Note:
A late penalty of AED 200 shall be imposed for each month, starting one month after the date of amendment.
Conditions and Requirements
Amending the trade license with the competent local authority is a prerequisite before submitting the application.
Required Documents
- A copy of the amended license from the competent authority if the branch details have been changed.
- A copy of a certificate or an extract issued by the competent authority in the country where the entity was incorporated, proving its ownership of the parent company (in the event of a change in the parent company’s owners).
