Conditions and Requirements
- A general assembly meeting must be convened to appoint a certified liquidator and determine the liquidation period and the liquidator’s fees, or in the event that the private joint stock company converts to another legal form.
- The approval of the other concerned authorities shall be required in the event that the company's activity is subject to those authorities.
Required Documents
- A copy of the minutes of the general assembly's meeting, approving company liquidation and appointing the certified liquidator to supervise liquidation procedures, or minutes of the General Assembly confirming changing the Legal Form.
- Publish the invitation to the General Assembly meeting in two daily local newspapers, one of them issued in Arabic.
- A copy of the letter from the liquidator confirming acceptance of appointment (in case of liquidation).
