H.E. Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, UAE Minister of Economy and Tourism, held two high-level bilateral meetings with H.E. The meetings took place on the sidelines of Investopia – Dublin, a flagship global investment platform that convened senior government officials, business leaders, and investors from the UAE and Ireland. The discussions were held in the presence of H.E. Mohammed Hmoud Hamad Rahma Alshamsi, UAE Ambassador to Ireland, and H.E. Mohammed Alhawi, Undersecretary of the UAE Ministry of Investment.

H.E. Bin Touq reaffirmed the UAE’s commitment to an open economic policy that prioritises international cooperation and strategic partnerships. H.E. noted that the meetings contributed to deepening economic and tourism coordination between the two countries, expanding collaboration between government entities and the business communities, supporting the growth of joint investments, as well as enhancing air connectivity and boosting bilateral tourist flows.

H.E. Bin Touq said: “The UAE is committed to strengthening effective economic partnerships with Ireland by exchanging expertise and exploring high-quality investment opportunities in priority sectors. These efforts play a significant role in enhancing the competitiveness of the business environment in both countries.” H.E. further highlighted the role of ‘Investopia’ as a global platform that connects markets and facilitates direct dialogue between decision-makers and investors, accelerating the conversion of investment opportunities into tangible projects that support national economies.
