This service allows licensed Chartered Accountants to apply for a professional license for a local accounting firm.

Service Fees
- AED 100
- Licensing fees - Local accounting firm: AED 10,500 for three years.
- Licensing fees - Local accounting firm (sole proprietorship): AED 7,500 for three years.
Conditions and Requirements
- All partners must be certified public accountants licensed by the Ministry. If one of the partners is a legal entity established outside the country, it must be licensed to practice the profession in its country of citizenship for a period of no less than five years.
- Compliance with Ministerial Resolution No. 111 of 2022 concerning regulations for professional liability insurance. ( https://www.moet.gov.ae/en/auditing-accounts-legislations )
Required Documents
- A copy of the trade license, insured against liability for professional errors.
- Professional liability insurance policy in the name of the accounting firm .
- Annual statement .
- Articles of incorporation in Arabic .
